Specification:

It is suitable for conveyor mealiness, graininess, small piece materiel, aslo conveyor materiel in bag . The slope angle less than 45°prevent materiel down slope, improve conveying capability.

Shape & Characters:

1. On surface of the belt, there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types of high, medium and low. we can design the pattern according to client's requirements.
we also can make special belts when the sample is given.

5. Chevron conveyor belts are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveyor belt. The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.

Application:

There are open type and closed type, suitable for bulk or bagged materials such as powder and granule with incline less than 45 C.
